Nikahfyme strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

• Solicitation of Minors: Engaging or attempting to engage minors in sexual activities.

• Grooming: Establishing an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for sexual abuse.

These prohibitions are clearly outlined in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which are accessible to all users.

 

 

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

 

 

Users can report any content or behavior that violates our CSAE policy through the in-app reporting feature. This mechanism allows users to flag:

 

• Profiles: Suspicious or inappropriate user profiles.

• Messages: Offensive or harmful messages.

• Media: Inappropriate images or videos. 

 

 

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate actions are taken, including content removal and account suspension.

 

 

3. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

 

 

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform:

 

• Immediate Action: The content is promptly removed.

• Account Suspension: The associated user account is suspended or terminated.

• Reporting: The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities, in compliance with applicable laws. 

 

 

 

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

 

 

Nikahfyme complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We have established procedures to ensure: 

 

• Age Verification: Implementing measures to verify user age to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

• Data Protection: Safeguarding personal data of all users, especially minors, in accordance with data protection laws.

• Law Enforcement Cooperation: Collaborating with law enforcement agencies during investigations related to CSAE.
